ON MY SLEEVE - SZN 2

Embracing the essence of South Auckland, we proudly carry our roots wherever we tread. With an intimate understanding of South Auckland's identity, ON MY SLEEVE pays homage to our community, highlighting themes of urban life, the strength of women, cultural richness, empowerment, and the act of reclaiming our narrative through a series of poignant vignettes.

Expressed through a dynamic fusion of street dance, choreography, and contemporary dance, our performance unveils authentic stories that paint a vivid picture of the South Auckland experience. Join us as we explore the vibrant tapestry of our community, encapsulating the true spirit of what it means to hail from South Auckland.

"South Auckland
my first home after my mothers belly
South Auckland
you know who you really are
South Auckland
you straighten that spine of resilience
and speak"
